The staff was terrific – they clearly had everything under control and were all very pleasant. Several people had said they would be contacting you for the butternut squash recipe, so I’m glad I listened to you on that. The left-overs you sent home were also a big success – by the time we had unloaded all the cars, there was a group in the kitchen starting over on the food!

Seattle’s Best Caterings staff did an amazing job at our wedding. The next day we received so many great compliments from our guests on how everything turned out beautifully! Compliments to Chef Shawn! The food was excellent, our guests loved the food and the service. Also, we want to thank all the people involved in the planning they all did an excellent job with our flowers, bouquets, and centerpieces. Everything was perfect!

Just wanted to send a quick thank you to all at Seattle’s Best Catering, for all of your great work and service at our wedding. Everyone we’ve talked to has raved about the food! The sliders especially they were a huge hit! The salmon was also very popular. Again, thanks so much for all the time and effort at our reception as we will remember it for all of our lives!

Thank you also for going that extra mile to make the night a stress-free event for me. Suggesting creative ideas for table decorations, advising me regarding rental needs, following up on every detail that I would have either not even thought of or forgot. Finishing the table decorations at the last minute, picking up items which I had failed to remember, organizing the flow of the evening, and leaving no clean up responsibilities for me are all examples of how you exceeded my expectations.

“Thank you again for doing such a marvelous catering job. In addition to providing us with yummy gourmet foods, you were a delight to work with. Our cocktail party was a huge success due to your efficiency and the care you took with the presentation of the food. Some of our favorites chicken satay, chicken salad/curry style, and outrageously good goat cheese/red pepper cheese spread, along with the numerous yummy dips.
